At Capital First, we are steadfast in our interventions in education and continuously strive to make quality education accessible to the marginalized sections of the society.Through our educational programs we provide scholarships and monetary assistance to deserving students from economically weaker sections of the society and help them to focus single mindedly on their studies and self- development without having to worry about their financial limitations.
Our various programs focus on adults from different sections and strata of society ranging from students aiming to pursue their degree in management to those aiming for a degree in mental health and social sciences. In our effort to focus on the neglected section of the society we also offer scholarships for young adults with disabilities.
Capital First Limited is of view that the nation’s growth hinges on the growth and empowerment of its citizens - whether in rural or urban areas.
At Capital First Limited we believe that young adults can only reach their full potential if they have proper, equal access to education and this belief marked the inception of our Flagship Scholarship Program. In the year of 2017-18, we awarded 110 such bright future leaders with a scholarship of INR 2,00,000 each to fulfill their dreams of a degree in Management and become socially responsible managers in the future. In order to reach maximum number of beneficiaries, we partnered with TimesPro, an education initiative by The Times of India Group and extended another 50 scholarships to support young management students belonging to the economically weaker sections of society.View Program Detail

At Capital First we recognize the incidence of mental illness increasing in India and the associated stigma that comes along with it. India still lacks well trained and competent professionals in this field, the demand for which is only on the rise. We have partnered with The Banyan Academy for Leadership in Mental Health (BALM) to advocate for positive mental health, increased access to care and recovery and to create a cadre of ‘change-makers’ who are capable of driving social innovations.
BALM offers masters programs such as – Social Work in Mental Health, Applied Psychology (Counseling), Applied Psychology (Clinical), Management, Entrepreneurship and Policy Analysis in collaboration with the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Capital First provides financial assistance to students studying in BALM whose annual family income is less than 1.5 lakhs per annum.View Program Detail
