Our Livelihoods and Entrepreneurship programs develop life skills of communities and empower them in overcoming social, economic and environmental challenges.
Since there is an acute crunch of skilled workforce and abject poverty is a reality in our country, we decided to focus strongly on building livelihoods, which will in turn empower individuals to gain financial independence in the long run.
In 2017-18, through our implementation partners we enabled 3,633 people to boost their employability skills. They have either gained meaningful employment or have turned out to be entrepreneurs.

In our efforts to support programs which integrate persons with disabilities into mainstream society, Capital First in partnership with Om creations, provides skill-based rehabilitation for mentally challenged women in the age group of 20-60 years.View Program Detail
In partnership with Catalysts for Social Action (CSA), Capital First provides children in age bracket of 14+ living in child care institutions/orphanages with career awareness, career guidance and adults in age bracket 17+ with job oriented training and subsistence support.View Program Detail
