ECS Swapping

You need to submit the below mentioned documents at CFL branch only in order to ensure smooth processing of your EMIs.
- 3 New ECS Mandate Forms -filled, signed and authorized by your new Bank
- Half yearly bank account statement of the new account
- Swap charges of Rs 500 (to be paid either in cash or by cheque)
- A Cheque of the Current EMI
- 1 Blank Cheque (CD: 1 SPDC if the disbursal Amount is more than 1 Lakh)

Important Notes:
  • All the cheques should have the payee name as "Capital First Limited" (For CFL loans)
  • All Security cheques should be CTS 2010 complaint only.
  • Date field should be left blank for all security cheques.
  • All Security cheques should bear your signature,
  • There should not be any overwriting or alteration on the cheques.
  • No counter signature is allowed on the cheque.
  • The swap would be effective in the next month's EMI on receipt of the new repayment documents on or before 10th of current month else it would be effective from subsequent month's EMI.

Foreclosure

CD Loan can be closed through our customer portal or by writing to customer.care@capfirst.com,
For other loans please call us at 1860 500 9900 or write to us at customer.care@capfirst.com to place a request for Foreclosure letter.
You can visit your nearest
  • Capital First Branch and make payment through cash (Upper Limit Rs 50,000) /cheque mode and get the e-receipt for the payment made through email /SMS
  • Alternatively you can also use Online RTGS / NEFT mode of payment

Change in Demographic Details

You can update your Email ID by logging into our Customer Portal and selecting the "My Profile" section or writing to us at customer.care@capitalfirst.com
You can update your Mobile no/Landline by logging into our Customer Portal and selecting the "My Profile" section or by writing to us at customer.care@capitalfirst.com
You can update your address by placing a request from "Customer Service" section of our customer portal. Alternatively, you can also place a request to Capital First by writing to us on customer.care@capfirst.com along with you valid address proof which needs to be updated.

Loan Details

EMI due date is 5th of every month. You may refer this in the Statement of Account.
You can view your EMI Status on Customer Portal. Log in to the Customer Portal and selecting the loan from list of active loans and then click "View Details" button.
We currently do not have an option of changing the EMI due date. This is keeping in mind the uniformity of payment due dates for all our customers.
Customer can view and also download your Statement of Account on our Customer Portal. Log in to the Customer Portal, select your loan from list of active loan and click on download account statement. You can also view your account statement by downloading our latest mobile app available in play store.
Customer can view and also download your Welcome Letter on Customer Portal. Log in to the Customer Portal, select your loan from list of active loans, click on view details and select the statements tab. You can also download your welcome letter from our latest mobile app available in play store.
Customer can view and also download Amortization/Repayment Schedule on Customer Portal. Log in to the Customer Portal, select your loan from list of active loans, click on view details and select the statements tab. You can also download your amortization/repayment schedule using our latest mobile app available in play store.
If the insurance is issued, you can place a request to Capital First by writing to us on customer.care@capfirst.com to obtain the insurance certificate.
Alternatively you can log a request through Customer Portal through "customer service" section of the portal.
We send a proactive NOC link to the customers on closure of loan in the system through SMS. Customers can print the same on their own. Customers can view and also download No Due Certificate on Customer Portal.
Log in to the Customer Portal, select from list of closed loans and click on Download No Objection Certificate
No, foreclosure of your loan will have no impact on your CIBIL score. Once the loan is foreclosed the same will be reported to CIBIL as 'Closed' along with '0 outstanding'.
We would like to inform you that the original invoice copies and loan documents are maintained with us for our records. You may contact the dealer should you wish to retrieve a copy of the same.
