SAMPARC (Social Action for Manpower Creation)
At Capital First, we recognize that even amongst rural youth, there are those that are more vulnerable owing to socio-economic and cultural realities. To focus on those that are most marginalized we have partnered with SAMPARC, a non-profit established for the rehabilitation and development of orphan children, children of sex workers and rural school dropouts. Our aim with this programme is to transform youth from these marginalized communities through livelihood training programmes that enable them to find employment opportunities in high-growth service sectors.
